Project Phases

The Partners for Wellbeing approach is comprised of three primary phases that are interconnected and fluid (vs. linear and silo’d). Most engagements begin with assessing the current state of wellbeing inside the organization and inventorying what the organization is doing to amplify or diminish the wellbeing of their people. The second phase is about building out the strategy to address the primary areas of need with relevant and practical solutions. In the final stage, we help you to set up and prepare to implement the solutions that we have curated and co-created together.
