Nancy is a highly trusted senior human resources executive with 25+ years of experience building successful cultures for industry leaders, including Genentech/Roche, Procter & Gamble, CIGNA, and Deloitte Consulting. Through people, strategy and culture she has delivered business growth while building recognized great places to work across pharmaceutical/biotech, HR technology, consumer products, healthcare/insurance, and consulting verticals.
As the SVP and CHRO of Genentech, Nancy led all aspects of human resources, supporting $23B+ in annual revenue with a purview over 14,000 employees. In this role, she led the development, delivery and iteration of a multi-year HR/People strategy, evolving the culture and garnering recognition as an employer of choice by Fortune Magazine, Glassdoor, Fast Company Magazine, Diversity Inc., Indeed and Forbes.
Integrating total wellbeing into thriving cultures is a purpose and passion that brought Nancy to co-found Partners for Wellbeing. Nancy is inspired to reach even more people inside more organizations to incorporate wellbeing into their lives because when people can be at their best, they can do their best work.
Nancy has an MBA from the Goizueta Business School of Emory University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Michigan. She is a board director for the Make A Wish Foundation and believes in making a positive difference in society and helping mission driven organizations.
Michelle is a respected Human Resources professional with a broad background in diverse organizations and demonstrated analytical, communication, leadership and problem-solving skills. During her 20+ years of experience, she developed a deep understanding of all HR functions in Fortune 500, nonprofit, and union environments to provide valued support to employees and management.
Michelle has worked in healthcare/insurance, utilities, manufacturing, education, retail, and state agencies. She is knowledgeable in labor relations, recruitment, employee relations, and project management. Her strength is in building effective partnerships to achieve organizational goals.
Michelle values integrating wellbeing into one’s life at work and at home to fully lead your best life. Her love of helping others reduce the chaos in their lives, led her to co-found Partners for Wellbeing.
Michelle received her Master of Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign. She enjoys her volunteer work that benefits education in her community.
